Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Welcome to LeenLabs.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LeenLabs website, content, downloadable workflows, premium digital products, and custom automation services.
LeenLabs is a product developed under the CAPISPARK brand and is currently operated by Hysted Luv as an individual project.
By accessing our website, downloading our resources, purchasing a product, or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services from LeenLabs.
By making a purchase or submitting a service request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Our services are intended primarily for users in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and other countries where our services are available.
We may restrict access to products or services in jurisdictions where providing them would violate applicable law, sanctions, payment-provider requirements, or other legitimate compliance obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our products and services complies with the laws applicable to you.
2. Our Services
LeenLabs provides resources and services designed to help individuals and businesses discover, implement, and improve workflow automation solutions.
Our offerings may include:
- Free educational articles and automation resources.
- Downloadable workflow files, including JSON files.
- Premium workflows available for individual purchase.
- Custom workflow design, development, and implementation services.
- Related automation guidance and technical information.
We may introduce, modify, discontinue, or expand our offerings as the platform develops.
We do not guarantee that every service, feature, or product will remain available indefinitely.
3. Free Content and Workflows
Certain articles, workflow files, and educational resources are available free of charge.
Subject to these Terms, you may:
- Read and access our published articles.
- Download available free workflow files.
- Use free workflows for personal or professional purposes.
- Modify and adapt workflows to suit your own needs.
These permissions are granted for your own use and do not transfer ownership of the original content or intellectual property.
Unless we expressly authorize it in writing, you may not:
- Resell free workflows or modified versions of them.
- Redistribute, republish, sublicense, or share workflow files as downloadable products.
- Offer our workflows as part of another commercial product or paid service.
- Present our work as your own original creation.
- Remove ownership notices or misrepresent the source of our content.
These restrictions apply regardless of whether redistribution or resale is described as educational, charitable, promotional, or otherwise beneficial.
Unauthorized commercial exploitation or redistribution may result in appropriate legal action, subject to applicable law.
4. Premium Workflows
LeenLabs may offer premium workflows for a one-time purchase price.
Unless a product listing states otherwise, purchasing a premium workflow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that workflow for your personal or business operations.
You may adapt the purchased workflow to meet your operational needs.
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the original workflow or an adapted version.
- Share the downloadable files with unauthorized third parties.
- Sublicense, publish, or commercially distribute the workflow as a standalone product.
- Claim ownership of the original LeenLabs workflow.
- Use the workflow to create or distribute an unauthorized competing workflow product.
Each premium workflow may include documentation or a text file explaining its intended use, configuration, and setup.
The specific features and contents of each product are described in its product listing.
4.1 Compatibility and Technical Requirements
Premium workflows are provided for use with the relevant automation tools and integrations described in their documentation or product listing.
Compatibility may depend on factors including:
- Your n8n version and configuration.
- Your hosting environment.
- The availability and configuration of connected applications.
- API permissions, credentials, and rate limits.
- Changes made by third-party providers.
- Your own modifications to the workflow.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, premium workflows are supplied on an “as available” and “as described” basis, without a guarantee that they will operate flawlessly in every environment.
You are responsible for reviewing the documentation, checking compatibility, and configuring the workflow correctly.
4.2 Problems with Premium Workflows
If a purchased workflow does not operate substantially as described, you may contact us at concern@leenlabs.site.
We may review the issue and, where reasonably possible, provide limited troubleshooting, corrections, or adjustments without an additional charge.
Any complimentary assistance is limited to addressing the reported issue within the scope of the original workflow and the support we can reasonably provide.
It does not include unlimited troubleshooting, extensive customization, new features, integrations outside the original scope, or the development of a replacement system.
Such additional work may require a separate paid agreement.
This section does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
5. Payments and Refunds for Premium Workflows
Premium workflows are sold through external checkout providers, which may include Whop, Chariow, and Nas.com.
The checkout provider and the applicable payment terms will be identified during the purchase process.
Payments are subject to the relevant provider’s terms and policies, in addition to these Terms.
5.1 Refund Policy
Because premium workflows are digital products delivered electronically, all sales are final once the purchased files have been made available for download, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
We do not generally offer refunds simply because you change your mind, decide not to use the workflow, or discover that it does not suit your preferences or technical environment.
If you experience a technical problem with a workflow, contact us so that we can assess whether a reasonable correction or other solution is available.
This policy does not exclude refunds or other remedies that must be provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
You should review the product description and technical requirements before purchasing.
6. Custom Automation Services
LeenLabs may provide custom workflow development and implementation services for individuals and businesses.
Custom projects are handled through the following process:
- You submit a request through our designated form.
- We review your requirements and determine whether the project is feasible.
- We may request additional information or clarification.
- We provide a quote describing the proposed scope, price, and relevant conditions.
- Work begins after you accept the quote and pay the required initial deposit.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that LeenLabs will accept the project.
We reserve the right to decline requests that fall outside our expertise, capacity, technical capabilities, or applicable legal obligations.
6.1 Quotes and Project Scope
Each accepted project will be governed by its quote and any additional written agreement.
The quote may specify:
- The agreed deliverables.
- The project price and payment schedule.
- The estimated timeline.
- The integrations and platforms included.
- The revision included in the price.
- Any limitations, dependencies, or additional conditions.
Only work expressly included in the agreed scope is covered by the quoted price.
Requests for additional features, substantial changes, new integrations, or work beyond the original scope may require a separate quote and additional payment.
6.2 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom projects require:
- An initial deposit of 40% of the agreed project price before work begins.
- The remaining 60% upon delivery of the agreed deliverables.
We will communicate any different payment arrangements in the relevant quote.
Work may be paused if a required payment is overdue.
6.3 Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, reasonable cooperation, and the access necessary for us to complete the agreed work.
You are responsible for:
- Providing clear and accurate project requirements.
- Creating and maintaining accounts with third-party tools when required.
- Paying for subscriptions, usage charges, API access, hosting, and other third-party services needed for your workflow.
- Providing the permissions and temporary access necessary to perform the work.
- Ensuring that you have the legal right to provide any data or materials you share with us.
- Reviewing and testing the delivered workflow.
- Providing feedback and approvals within a reasonable time.
Where appropriate, LeenLabs may assist with creating third-party accounts on your behalf. You remain responsible for the accounts and must enter your own payment information directly with the relevant provider.
LeenLabs does not pay third-party subscription fees or usage charges on your behalf unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
You must not send passwords, API keys, or other sensitive credentials through ordinary contact forms. Secure transfer arrangements should be agreed upon separately when necessary.
If you fail to provide required information, access, approvals, or payments, project timelines may be extended and work may be suspended until the outstanding requirements are met.
6.4 Revisions
Unless the quote states otherwise, each completed custom project includes one revision.
The included revision must relate to the agreed scope and should be requested within a reasonable period after delivery.
A revision does not include new functionality, substantial changes to the original requirements, or additional integrations that were not included in the quote.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
6.5 Delivery and Acceptance
The delivery method and expected timeline will be specified in the quote or agreed project communications.
You are responsible for reviewing the deliverables and confirming whether they substantially match the agreed scope.
If you identify a specific issue, you should describe it clearly and provide enough information for us to investigate.
Acceptance of a deliverable does not waive any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
6.6 Cancellation and Project Delays
If you wish to cancel a project, you must notify us in writing.
The treatment of payments, deposits, work already completed, and any outstanding obligations will be determined by the project agreement and applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate a project if you materially breach these Terms, fail to make required payments, provide unlawful instructions, or repeatedly fail to supply information or access necessary for completion.
Where reasonably possible, we will communicate the reason for a suspension or termination.
7. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
Our workflows and services may connect to third-party platforms, including automation tools, AI services, CRMs, e-commerce platforms, and other applications.
Examples may include n8n, Shopify, Canva, HubSpot, Notion, and other services identified in relevant documentation.
These platforms are independently operated by third parties.
LeenLabs does not control their availability, pricing, terms, API policies, security practices, or future changes.
You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of every third-party platform you use.
We are not responsible for interruptions, discontinued integrations, API changes, account suspensions, price increases, or other third-party actions outside our reasonable control.
Where a third-party change affects an existing workflow, updating or rebuilding that workflow is not automatically included in the original purchase or project price. Additional work may be offered under a separate paid arrangement.
8. AI-Generated Outputs and Automated Decisions
Some workflows may use artificial intelligence or generate automated outputs.
AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them, especially where they affect finances, customers, employment, legal obligations, health, or other consequential matters.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, LeenLabs does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice through its workflows.
You remain responsible for decisions made using automated processes and for ensuring that your use of AI and automation complies with applicable laws.
You must obtain all necessary permissions and legal bases before processing personal or confidential information through a workflow.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the LeenLabs website, branding, articles, original workflow files, documentation, graphics, and other original materials are owned by LeenLabs or used with appropriate permission.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Subject to the applicable license, you may use and modify workflows for your own personal or business operations.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our protected materials beyond the permissions expressly granted in these Terms.
For custom projects, ownership and licensing arrangements for project-specific deliverables may be further defined in the relevant quote or written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, LeenLabs retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, general methods, reusable components, tools, and know-how used to develop a custom solution.
Nothing in this section transfers ownership of third-party software or intellectual property to either party.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LeenLabs or its resources to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Distribute malware or conduct unauthorized security testing.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our website, systems, or services.
- Commit fraud or facilitate deceptive or abusive activities.
- Interfere with the operation or security of our website.
- Redistribute or resell our protected workflows without authorization.
- Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for another person or business.
- Use our services in a manner that violates the terms of connected third-party platforms.
We may restrict access, remove content, suspend a project, or take other reasonable measures if we believe these Terms have been violated.
Where appropriate, we may refer suspected unlawful conduct to relevant authorities or pursue remedies available under applicable law.
11. Website Availability and Changes
We aim to keep LeenLabs accessible and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features, articles, resources, or services for maintenance, security, technical, business, or legal reasons.
We may update educational content and workflow documentation over time. However, unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a workflow does not entitle you to unlimited future updates, maintenance, or ongoing technical support.
Any future maintenance plan or subscription service will be governed by its own applicable terms.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the LeenLabs website, free resources, and workflows are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- Every workflow will meet every user’s needs.
- Every workflow will work in every technical environment.
- Third-party integrations will remain available indefinitely.
- Automation will always operate without errors or interruptions.
- AI-generated outputs will be accurate or complete.
- Use of our resources will produce a particular commercial or financial result.
You are responsible for assessing whether a workflow is appropriate for your intended use and for testing it before deploying it in a production environment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeenLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses such as lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of our website, workflows, or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a particular product purchase or custom service will not exceed the amount you paid to LeenLabs for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including any liability that applicable law requires us to retain.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of our services, your infringement of third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not require you to indemnify LeenLabs for losses caused by our own conduct where such an obligation would be unlawful.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or address misuse.
Termination does not automatically cancel obligations or rights that accrued before termination.
Provisions that by their nature should continue to apply after termination, including intellectual property protections, payment obligations, disclaimers, and applicable limitations of liability, will survive to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you.
Any dispute will be handled by a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising a right to bring a claim before a court or authority where that right is guaranteed by mandatory law.
This governing-law provision is provisional and may be updated when the legal entity operating LeenLabs is formally established or when legal advice indicates that a different arrangement is appropriate.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services, business structure, or legal obligations change.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes or obtain any necessary consent.
Your continued use of our services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable product descriptions, quotes, and written project agreements, govern your use of LeenLabs and the products or services you obtain from us.
If a specific written project agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project agreement will control for that project to the extent expressly stated and legally permitted.
